Arrived on site, looked at water coming up between sidewalk and brick wall. Will include estimate to do exploratory dig and see what is leaking.

Arrived on site, customer has small water leak near previous repair but closer to the road. Probed around and didn’t feel any piping in the grass. Will give estimate for repair.

Performed a one system heating maintenance. I performed a carbon monoxide test at the burners, checked inducer and blower amps as well as checked gas valve. I also checked filters and homeowner advised me that he changes every 90 days, also cleaned the flame sensor and pressure switch ports. I noticed that the return box had a lot of biological growth so I advised homeowner to address this issue ASAP, I recommended an iwave-R. This gas furnace is operating normal at this time.
